Hi,

I managed to break my old phone and lost access to the Authenticator app + the 2FA keys in the progress. Apparently I also forgot to write down the scratch codes back when I enabled it (regrets). Could I please get a reset before my current session runs out, thereby completely locking me out of my account?

If there is a need for me to confirm my identity, please suggest the preferred way to do it.
