Description

  • Review routines for membership renewal, make sure they include dates and information about what to do with members who do not pay despite reminders.
  • Look at rensningsrutin to make sure we identify members whose membership has been marked as ended.

To do

  • Add information about when membership renewals should be sent (early January), and when the following reminders should be sent.

Event Timeline

I would say we should add a last step after we've sent out the invoices - where we e-mail those members who have not yet paid. This is something I have suggested we do this year in this task: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T308731
If it pans out it could be included in the routine for membership renewal.
