Description

Background

Based on feedback and previous user research, we have decided to transfer some of the less advanced functionality from advanced mode and make it available by default for all logged-in users on the mobile site.

Acceptance criteria

The mobile site by default should contain the following features for logged-in users:

Article/Discussion tabs (all namespaces)
History in toolbar (article pages)
Contributions in toolbar + other updates (user pages)
User menu

Open questions

What happens to the user page? Does the upload link get promoted when there's no overflow menu?
