On Special:Preferences, when checking a "Set a local exception for this global preference." checkbox, the first bullet (radio input) moves to the right, as it can be seen below.

@Tufor: This looks like T231718: Radio buttons on Preferences' "Appearance" tab shift to right after selecting "Set a local exception for this global preference" so I'm merging this task. If you experience this with a different browser than Internet Explorer, could you please provide browser information in T231718? Thanks!
