Apologies for the noise, it turns out that the historical window I was looking at was exceptional, and the messages stopped on July 31 after patch I3f07a0575bdfa2d37b6ffad238f3648671464ee4 .

There have been zero of these errors since Aug 1, so I'm closing this task as invalid.
