Description

I recently discovered that I can't edit JavaScript templates embedded in banners. For example, when I try to edit this template embedded in a banner, I see the following message:

You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:
Editing of sitewide CSS/JS/JSON files has recently been limited to members of the Interface administrators group. See m:Creation of separate user group for editing sitewide CSS/JS for more information.

It's important that FR-Tech be able to modify this content, in case of some urgent issue with banners.
