I successfully run this bot for two time. But unfortunately now where I tried to use this bot, its says permission error. There is nothing mention in member of in my account. I am an extended confirm user on English Wikipedia. I tried to login again, cleared cache, change device but no success.

I see nothing to indicate you should be hitting a barrier. Please make sure the interface is set to the English Wikipedia. Please also report what username you are using. I found "Brown Chocolate" which is a member of "basic user" which has the permissions needed to run the bot.
