test-commons doesn’t seem to have an Administrator’s Noticeboard, and @Ammarpad suggested on COM:AN that I should file a Phabricator task in that case.

To test the AC/DC gadget on testcommonswiki, it would be useful if the tag ACDC gadget was created there, so that I can test that tagging of edits works as intended (and can use the same code on testcommonswiki and commonswiki). This could be done by one of the five sysops (I assume “Abuse filter” isn’t a real account): @Addshore, @Jarekt, @Jdforrester-WMF, @matthiasmullie, or @Steinsplitter.

Alternatively, I could also create the tag myself if my account was added to the sysop group. This would also have the benefit of exempting me of IP blocks, which would be useful if I wanted to set up automated tests for the gadget at some point, running from Travis CI (which is globally IP blocked as an open proxy); for similar reasons (QuickCategories CI) I am already a sysop on testwiki (discussion). As far as I can tell from the list of bureaucrats, @Jdforrester-WMF is the only person who could grant me that right.
