It looks like 1.34.0-wmf.22 introduced regression.

Looking into desktop vs mobile, I cannot see anything for desktop:
But for mobile it looks like this:
Looking at WebPageReplay it isn't a change for all URLs but for some can see it:
enwiki sweden:
All seems to have jump at least with that release:
enwiki-obama:
For the de-wiki its there for two out of three tested URLs:
