Steps to reproduce

Unsure so far - may want to do spike to look at continue reading heuristics to get better idea of how doubled-up continue reading could happen, which may give hint to consistent repro steps...

Expected results

Not possible to display more than one Continue reading card for an article

It's also possible to have this combo ( featured, because you read and continue reading, but not doubled continue reading like in the prev screenshot ), though perhaps not an issue?

Core issue here is that the continue reading card is now being shown after returning to the feed immediately after reading any article. Need to restore delay logic.
