Description

Since June 2020 we show the sentence "If you have any feedback for improving FileImporter, please leave a comment on its talk page". As said in T233290: Add help and request for feedback message the plan was to remove this sentence after a while. Two years should be more than enough.

Remove the sentence from the extension's en.json.
No change to qqq.json needed.
Do not edit other languages. This will be done by the translatewiki community, e.g. https://translatewiki.net/wiki/MediaWiki:fileimporter-help-banner-text/de.
