Context: Wikipedia 6.4 (1674), iOS 12.4.1, iPhone X

Steps to Reproduce:

1. go to an article on English Wikipedia with a page issue (stub, etc) -- the screenshot is for the article Tom Nevers, Nantucket
   

Actual Results:

1. The stub and other page issues text are visible just below the lead paragraph, and take up 1-2 screens height worth of space

Expected Results:

1. Page issues should only be visible in the footer "Page Issues" view and not in the article contetn

I haven't looked at whether this affects Android or mobile web, so this may or may not be a local issue.
