Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Special:EnableStructuredDiscussions an activate structured discussions on a new page (where it is not the default content model)
2. Visit the logs for that page

Actual result:
"Flow talk page manager created page..."

Expected result:
User who activated structured discussions is credited as creating the page
