Looking at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:LifeWeb I don't see how that extension is actively maintained. The "example" link seems dead. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/g/mediawiki/extensions/LifeWeb/+log/master does not list any recent code work (apart from some smaller adjustments).

Did the maintainer(s) explicitly agree that they want to track tasks in Wikimedia Phabricator?
