Draw conclusions from membership reminder document

We have a document where we keep track of people who apply for membership but fail to pay their fee.

At the end of the year it would be of interest to summarise which of the different approaches worked in terms of getting them to actually complete their membership application. And use this to determine which approaches to focus on in the coming years.

It's best if people don't chose invoice, most end up not paying it.
