In Sweden we speak about "Grunddata" that is data that should be shared by more institutions and make data easier to share. We have the same problem with SILOS when we speak about museums and archives. To solve this LOD and well defined datasets are a key component
One such dataset I think should be "Svenska församlingar/socknar" i.e. if we had a standard from Tora and Wikidata then other museums and institutions could link those objects and make it easier to retrieve data/objects that are connected belonging to the same Swedish Church parish.... To define this dataset my thought is that we use ShapeEx that is now supported in Wikidata EntitySchema
