At some point we'll have a central flag to mark a user as "disabled" in the forthcoming Identity Management. We need to test the Apereo CAS side of that already.

This has been implemented a while ago the sre.idm.logout cookbook. I runs various logout scripts (e.g. one which terminates user sessions via systemd-logind).
