Expand link for history page "filter revisions" section has display issues on Wikitech

Description

At https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Archive&action=history (and other History pages on Wikitechwiki)
in the "Filter revisions" box at the top of the page.
it is displaying a part of the word "expand" or "collapse" at left, and the label "Filter revisions" has been misplaced at the right.

It should look like this: https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Archive&action=history

Replicated in Firefox & Chromium (on Mint linux), logged-in & -out.

Well, I'm not sure anymore that local CSS issues are not handled under this URL tag so I'll reopen this task...

@Krinkle, @bd808 and @srodlund are interface-admins over there and could try fixing this by removing the CSS I mentioned in T235373 and see if that resolves the issue (it did at eswiki) or try to find another solution :)
