Steps to Reproduce:

• open the networks tab of your dev tools
• open the data bridge app
• look at the request for the close.svg

Actual Results:

• the close.svg comes with no-cache headers preventing caching in the browser and it is thus re-downloaded every time the app is opened

Expected Results:

• the close.svg should be cached in the browser
