Description

Recent major versions of wikidiff2 introduce new functionality and it will be debugging-relevant to know which version of the library is installed. Since the library can be deployed separately from MediaWiki-core and its extensions, there is currently no way to tell the wikidiff2 version by looking at Special:Version. Let's add this information.

Should probably appear in the "Installed software" section.

Thanks! I've linked as a subtask to T16611: Special:Version should show all third party software which it depends on although feeling slightly uneasy about calling this library "third-party". It's not part of T230046: Vendored libraries included from extension folders don't appear on Special:Version because this is a compiled .so PHP extension, not a composer library.
