Open question for @Jan_Dittrich and @Lydia_Pintscher do we want to differentiate between the user clicking edit with the popper open or closed?

I don't think it matters.

As for getting the relation of clicks:

Of all people that opened the popper, how many people do click "dismiss warning", how many edit the statements which has the icon and how many do not not do one or both of these.

This can be helpful, because the relation of "doing nothing" vs. "doing something" can be changed and it would be a positive change (at least engagement) if people click "dismiss" or edit.

TODO: split this into two tickets
