The browsertests class attempts to create a user with blacklisted password vagrant, and this breaks provisioning.

Is this about puppet/modules/browsertests? As far as I know, that's for Ruby Selenium framework, and it's deprecated for years. How to use Node.js Selenium framework with MediaWiki-Vagrant is documented at Selenium/Node.js/Inside_MediaWiki-Vagrant.

Yes, that's the class. Sounds like it definitely shoudn't be included by the centralauth role (T235139), then.

This should have been fixed by rMWVAad9a764eb932: Always allow 'vagrant' as a MediaWiki password.
