Today i was installing mediawiki. I had typed the mysql db name wrong, and the mysql user didn't have permission for the typoed db name.

Actual behaviour: Error on the last step when the db is installed. About 3 steps after i put in the db name
Expected behaviour: Get an error immediately after the step where i enter the db info, so i can fix it if i did it wrong.
