Currently there is no option in FileImporter to watch a file on Commons that were imported using it. Even if someone have enabled Add all pages I edit to watchlist file importer doesn't automatically add the imported file to watchlist. A Watch this page checkbox should be added to Special:ImportFile, just like a normal edit page on wikis.
