On marking a page for translation, outdated translation units were not marked as FUZZY

Steps to Reproduce:

Translation unit 252 was changed in [[Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_FAQ]]

https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Wikimedia_Apps/iOS_FAQ&diff=prev&oldid=3453797&diffmode=source

I marked the page for translation and invalidated the translation unit.

Actual Results:
Arabian translation of translation unit 252 was not marked as FUZZY, not pink background.

I don't see anything special about this case, so it might be just on-off case of unreliable code in the past. The code has been improved so that it is reliable now in my understanding. There hasn't been any recent reports.
