T235389: IP Address ranges (CIDR) are stored as strings and cannot be queried suggests to use WDQS to get the network of IP range, especially in a CheckUser request. CheckUser log should be private. So any query requests should be tagged as sensitive.

• No statistical data (e.g. grafana) may indicate the existence of the request
• The request should not be cached
