After the meeting the participants have until the 23rd to purge any remaining assigned folders.

I think this task can be closed. However, there are a number of documents in the Ekonomi folder that need to be reviewed by Evelina. I think this should have it's own subtask as this one is for the project folders? @Lokal_Profil what is your thinking?
The Ekonomi folder has it's separate task.
Left to do in this task is moving a few files to Ekonomi/diarirum and countersigning my purges in the log
