We would like to measure the rate of resolved edit conflicts among editors with <10 and <100 edits. Is that possible?

T182008 already has some data on the topic of new users and edit conflicts, but if I understand this correctly, it doesn't say anything about the rate of resolving these conflicts.

Exactly, T182008 says nothing about the rate of resolving conflicts w. TwoColConflict extension.
