On the off chance that there is more to this than a simple config change in puppet, creating a task to track adding and validating labsdb1012 can be set up as part of the rotation for maintain-dbusers.

@Marostegui : FYI, labsdb1012 should now be in sync with the others with regard to users. Therefore, it is safe to use as a clone source again.
