Description

Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to upload an mp3 file to commons without autopatrol rights. (In Firefox on Windows 10, if necessary.)

Actual Results:
An error message that's cut off on the right and bottom by being cropped down to a tiny box. I could only read it by opening developer tools and checking the inner content.

Expected Results:
A readable error message.
