"Pig Latin" appears as one of the languages that can be selected as "Languages of Wikipedia".

It's not useful for end users. If it's useful for testing, then it should only appear to testers. (I'd argue that it shouldn't be useful to testers either, and that testing of localization should be done with a real foreign language and not with pseudolocalization, but that's up to the developers to decide.)
