[QuickStatement] Issues with strings with creating an item in CSV mode
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

Hi, I get an error when I try to create a new item in CSV mode in QuickStatement V2. Possibly the issue is in the formatting of the strings (i.e. text enclosed within double quotes); the problem appears for certain items that require this formatting, e.g. P217 (and qal217).
I've tested with no double quote, with 3 double quotes, 4, 5, 6..., odd and even numbers.

Here is an example of the kind of data I deal with:

qid,P217,qal195,Lfr,Lit,Dfr,Len,P31,P2596,P1071,P186,qal642,P186,qal642,P2043,P2049,P2048,P571,P575,P127,P195,qal217,P170
,"""MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195""",Q422,Muséum Histoire Naturelle Toulouse MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195,Museum Toulouse MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195,Peigne – MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195,Museum of natural history Toulouse MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195,Q23834,Q178631,Q33788,Q35922,,,,13.5U174728,7U174728,2U174728,+1801-00-00T00:00:00Z/7,,,Q422,"""MHNT ETH.AC.NC.195""",Q4233718

I successfully used the triple double quotes (""") to enclose P217, but with an existing item (Cf. https://tools.wmflabs.org/quickstatements/#/batch/20495).
