Description

Hello,

On sq.wikipedia we want to have ContentTranslation enabled by default for everyone so the tool gets more visibility and more people use it. It is currently in beta although it seems to be performing well and there's always an opportunity to check the results on the personal sandbox before posting the article to article space. As a small Wikipedia, we feel we can get more use out of it.

Also it would be good for the tool to be able to be accessed from the tool section on the lower part of the sidebar. Or maybe have a dedicated place/icon on somewhere else similar to the "WikiLove" extension. The current methods to access it are by the drop-down menu of the contributions (the easiest way) and from the special pages but both seem a bit underground for the usual user. Seeing that many of our new articles are based on translations from other Wikipedia-s, we want this tool to be as easily accessible as it can.
