Global watchlist supports internationalization but it's documentation page and related pages is only available in English. Since this is a global script and Wikimedia community is multilingual, these pages should be translated to different languages. It's release and other related pages should be migrated to meta-wiki where translation is possible.
Sign-off criteria
- Import/copy-paste the documentation page and other related pages to meta-wiki
- Mark them for translation.
- Organise the messages.
- And lastly create soft-redirects to the pages on meta-wiki.
