Task:
Analyse commons Category:Images from the Tropenmuseum Amsterdam.
For items that have no known author (indicated by field '|author={{Creator:Unknown}}''), batch add template {{PD-anon-70-EU}} (with Pywikibot).

Proposed workflow
Write pywikibot script (?) that:

1. analyses the media in Category:Images from the Tropenmuseum Amsterdam and exports file information of files that contain value {{Creator:Unknown}} in field 'photographer'.
2. export the following file information to .csv or spreadsheet (for review for the collection holder):

• filename on Commons
• description field
• value field |author={{Creator:Unknown}}
• date field (also indicate if the date field is not used)

3. filter out the files with |author = {{Creator:Unknown}}, and |date=<1948
4. batch add template {{PD-anon-70-EU}} to files indicated at 3.
5. save changes
