User story
As a reader of Wikipedia on the KaiOS app I want to know when a page that I am reading has issues that might affect how I perceive the quality of the article

Design details
- Links are stripped from the expanded page issue text
- Follow the color coordination set out by mobile web
- If there are multiple page issues or long page issue text, allow for scrolling within the dialog view
