Hello,

while testing changes at mwdebug1001, I noticed errors like "Connection refused: AH00957: FCGI: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1" in Logstash (search query: https://logstash.wikimedia.org/goto/7f579ba81b5f33282f0c245578279554).

Does not affect production (debug server) and does not seem to affect MediaWiki error logging, either. It's unrelated noise from Apache, I think. Not sure what it means exactly.

Debug-only, not a prod failure. Tagging as devprod given the noise on mwdebug is scaring people routinely when staging commits before deployment.

Couldn't find the error in the recent logs. Resolving, please reopen if this is still a problem.
