Description

There is Matomo data missing from oct 27th, ~10am until oct, 28th, 2pm. You can see that in the backend reports section when you choose campaign monitor per hour: the visitors are missing (see screenshot). Is that because of the ran-out certificate bug we had today? Is that data maybe somewhere tracked and can be restored?

Yes

Is that data maybe somewhere tracked and can be restored?

Since the user's browsers rejected the connection to our tracking server, the server never tracked and that data can never be recreated
