Proposed workflow
Write pywikibot script that, for each file in the category:

1. replaces current value in 'photographer' field in Category:Images from Fotopersbureau Gelderand with value in column D of the attached excel file for each unique file.
2. adds value in column E of attached excel file to the credit line template in the 'notes' field of each file in the category.
3. credit line template is added to the notes field of the photograph template for each individual file in the category.
4. adds edit summary to each changed file in Wikimedia Commons
5. saves file changes to Wikimedia Commons

Issue
The 3337 images in the category https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Images_from_Fotopersbureau_Gelderland were uploaded in 2018. For all images the field 'Photographer' contains the name of the copyright owner (usually "J.F.M. Trum"), followed by a comma, followed by the name of the photographer (usually "“Fotopersbureau Gelderland”)'. This is factually incorrect, the value for the field photographer should be switch with the value of the D-column in the attached excel.

In the attached Excel the following data is contained:

• column A & B contain the unique inventory number and the filename as used on Wikimedia Commons
• column C contains the current value for the photographer field
• column D contains the correct value for the photographer field; which should replace the current value in the photographer field for each file.
• column E contains the name of the copyrightholder, this should be added to a credit line template, and the filled out credit line template should be added to the notes field of each individual file
