The php-xdebug package is installed on releases1001 and releases2001. The package is not needed since we do not run any PHPUnit coverage report there and they are the sole production hosts having xdebug:

Merged. Ran apt-get purge php-xdebug on releases1001 an releases2001. This removed the xdebug.ini file.
