This indeed looks like a namespace for article-like content, and not discussions, so this seems like a reasonable request.

I believe VE should be enabled on all wgContentNamespaces, so this would be solved by adding 104 in it.

Boldly removing Community-consensus-needed as it looks like a trivial change (that should have happened when adding the namespace in T203534).
