Description

Some of "User talk" page creations are shown in Special:Newpages with "Main" namespace selection on mywiki. This was happened after https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/543409

I could reproduce this. Looks like a Regression.

This seems to be working correctly now, although I don't know how or when it was fixed. I do not see page creations by "Welcome-Bot" on https://my.wikipedia.org/wiki/အထူး:စာမျက်နှာအသစ်များ, even though it is still editing (https://my.wikipedia.org/wiki/အထူး:ဆောင်ရွက်ချက်များ/Welcome-Bot).
