Description

Steps to reproduce

  1. Page is marked for translation, with priority languages set, and translations to non-priority language disabled.
  2. Translator translates the page into a non priority language

The message displayed at such a time gives an empty "Reason:". See screenshot below,

Should the Reason should be left empty? Or should we add a text saying No reason provided?

Simplest would be to just leave "Reason:" out if no reason given.
