I had a quick scan of the logs and no longer see this issue.

This will have been resolved as part of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T208425 where for a time writing to both the new and the old term storage was done in a single transaction.
This is no longer the case, but i cant find the code patch or phab ticket to specifically link to.
