We're in the process of removing Wikitech hiera pages and moving all that functionality to Horizon. The Analytics project has hiera config in both places, which makes it hard for me to know what to remove and what to keep.

@Ottomata, could you have a look at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Hiera:Analytics and migrate the settings that you need to Horizon, and blank out the page once nothing there is needed?
