I was looking at the various thank you emails again, and noticed the "monthly convert" one is missing a couple of things that we normally put in the recurring thank you:

• Link to https://donate.wikimedia.org/wiki/Cancel_or_change_recurring_giving
• Telling donor they will get a summary of their donations in January

Checked with donor services and they would like these added. I can take care of a patch.
