Hello,
First sorry for trouble.

I have shell name kb47298 on 1997kB wikitech account and would like to change it to kfiven as I have that name on other projects and to make it easy to manage I would like same here.

@1997kB Your Developer account is a member of the Toolforge project and a maintainer of the swviewer tool. Active membership in one or more Cloud-VPS projects makes shell name changes tricky, so the first annoying question I am going to ask is how important is this change to you?

I again apologize for causing this much trouble.

But if I am here asking the change, then it is important. Also for the time being I can remove myself from the maintainer of that tool, if that helps?
