In this ticket we are exploring if we can reduce the time we give the user to attach their address to an anonymous donation. Reason is that the time it takes a bit of time to import the data into FEWA which is acting as a subledger to our accounting.
Goal is to change export time and set the time frame for users who add their addressed delayed to one hour.

I've set the value of token-validity-timestamp in the configurations on the deployment server. After the next deployment, donations will be changeable for 1 hour after donating. To avoid exporting data that might be changed in the future, I've also prepared a change to the export script that'll hold back the donations that are newer than 1 hour: https://github.com/wmde/fundraising-infrastructure/pull/281
