two things that has not been applied yet:

CTRL uses the skin-version of Laika with the adress data switch from Test 6 (coming from this banner in Test 6) --> so both variants have the adress switch

the hint that is shown once you click on "Nein" will be displayed *immediately* and needs to be changed to "Ihre Kontaktdaten benötigen wir für die Bestätigungsemail und Ihre Zuwendungsbescheinigung. Zudem können wir Sie informieren, wenn Wikipedia in Zukunft ihre Hilfe benötigt."

Only in Chrome we are still seeing some strange text-alignment behaviour:

"Anrede" and "Adresse" are put on the same line if you select to put your contact data in the form directly

Also...

on IE the form is stuck in loading after making an input:

Fixed on the test server, please check again:
✓ Removed whitespace under text
✓ Added whitespace for "Anrede"
✓ Button state now reflects validation state

Looks good in the pop-up form now.
