After uploading an audio file and renaming it to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:LL-Q9168_(fas)-Mason_(Daniel_Mietchen)-%D8%B4%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B2.wav to fix a typo, the visual representation of it that contains the play button disappeared in the upload list and in the File view - screenshots attached.
